The Board of Management of St. Mary’s BNS (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”). The goods are required to be supplied and installed in St. Mary’s BNS, from 2nd August to 16th 2022, once the building has been handed over. In summary, the Goods comprise: of Loose furniture and equipment mostly based on specifications by the Department of Education (DE) for schools. This public procurement competition (the “Competition) will be four (4) Lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for any or all Lots. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot (Lot 1, 2, 3, 4) tendered for as provided in Appendix 1. Incomplete Lots will not be considered.
