The provision of a cloud-based, hosted Library Management System for the National Assembly for Wales. This includes;- A cloud-based supplier hosted system with a robust infrastructure adhering to recognised security standards;- Support for the management of print and electronic resources;- Migration, conversion and provision of bibliographic data from the existing library management system;- A cataloguing / metadata management module;- A circulation / fulfilment module;- A fully bilingual English and Welsh language OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) or Discovery layer which can be made available to users on the internal ICT network;- A digital asset management module which will store, index and provide access to electronic Assembly publications via the OPAC | Discovery layer;- Reporting and audit functions;- Interoperability with existing systems and ICT infrastructure;- Provision of on-going support and upgrades- Option to provide acquisitions and serials modules
