This opportunity does not relate to a contract for works, supply or services and is only advertised here to comply with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015. The exercise is to achieve best value as is the council's obligation. It will not follow a procedure under Part 2 of those Regulations and will not be advertised in OJEU. Eastbourne Borough Council has sites available from which to sell ice cream, over the next 5 years, under a licence agreement.
