Lift Engineering Consultancy Services:Advice and Report Services:— Reviewing proposals or completed installation designed by others and preparing Reports.— Undertaking inspections, preparing Planned Maintenance programmes, reviewing and monitoring current maintenance services, investigation works, checking compliance of maintenance of lifts and equipment and preparing reports.— Advising on emergency works, repairs and safety matters under the appointment and preparing reports.— Advice on standardisation of systems and materials.— Preparing tenders and assisting in the procurement of maintenance services and works. Undertaking management and supervision of the contracts, issuing all certificates and reports and finalising accounts.— Working with the Client's Team and other Consultants.Detailed Design:— Design and/or specification of new or replacement lifts and associated plant and working with other Consultants in the Design Team for Projects.Expert Witness Services.
