Jephson Housing Association Group (JHAG) is tendering for its lift maintenance contract. There are three associations in the Group which together currently manage approximately 16 000 homes of various tenures. The Group is focused on providing rented homes and services for people in need through the provision of general needs, sheltered housing and homes ownership initiatives for single people, families, older people and first time buyers.The contract comprises the planned maintenance of and reactive repairs to the lifts owned/managed by JHAG, a list of which is contained within the PQQ documentation. The successful contractor will make available all the necessary resources to provide a high quality preventative lift maintenance service to JHAG.The contract will be split into two lots:Lot 1 – Maintenance of Passenger Lifts across all JHAG housing stockThe estimated annual lot value is 70 000 GBP.Lot 2 – Maintenance of Stairlifts / Homelifts across all JHAG housing stockThe estimated annual lot value is 55 000 GBP.The contract will be let for an initial 3 years, with an option to extend for 1 further year.Note: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the myTenders Web Site at http://www.myTenders.org/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=110579.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
