Lift-maintenance services. Lifts, skip hoists, hoists, escalators and moving walkways. Lifts. Bath lifts. Mechanical lifts. Chairlifts. Stair lifts. Construction work for chair lifts. Parts of lifts. The services will comprise the comprehensive servicing, maintenance and replacement of passenger lifts, stair lifts, vertical platform lifts and hoists. The services required will be for the Council's corporate asset portfolio and housing assets. The contract term will be for a period of 5 years, extendable up to a maximum of 10 years and is subject to performance and the delivery of the required services in accordance with the overall asset management strategy. The contract to be entered into by the successful operator will be the ACA Term Partnering Contract TPC2005 (amended 2008).
