The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the"Council") is conducting this procurementprocess using the open procedure in accordancewith the Public Contracts Regulations 2015("PCR").Tenders are invited by the Council from Supplierswith relevant experience and ability to demonstratesufficient capacity for the provision for the LittondaleEstate Woodland Creation (the "Services").The requirement is to supply, plant and protect inotal 29,555 of various trees and shrubs on land atLitton, Littondale, North Yorkshire. The purpose ofhe scheme is to establish a total area of 31.26ha ofnew native woodland, during the period ofNovember 2023 and March 2024.
