Liverpool Airport Airspace Transition Project.
Descriptions
To partner with Liverpool Airport and their ANSP, ATCSL to deliver airspace changes that provide:1. New Standard Instrument Departure Route Designs;2. Arrival transition designs from Standard Arrival Routes;3. PBN designed holding areas and associated missed approaches;4. Project and Safety management of the above project;5. Environmental reports as required by CAP 725;6. Robust consultation plan and support for sponsor to include management of consultation responses;7. Maximise project efficiencies and benefits;8. AIS/Implementation Process;9. Options for aircraft that are not PBN equipped.The project will be delivered in accordance with the 2017 version of the CAP 725 in order to meet the Prestwick Lower Airspace Systemisation project timeline of transition during March 2019.The supplier will also provide costed options for the provision of:Flight Validation required by CAP 785;ARINC submission;Non PBN equipped aircraft options.
