The Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest (TUS) wishes to procure a Main Contractor to undertake the Fit-Out Project on the TUS Coonagh Campus in Limerick by means of this two-stage Restricted Tender procedure.The works will include the Fit-Out of a developed shell for use as a technological university building incorporating precision engineering & electrical engineering workshops and laboratories, an integrated HGV & LGV garage facility, lecture theatres, tutorial rooms, IT labs, catering facilities, student services centre, smarter travel facilities and general accommodation facilities and amenities. These fit-out works will be located on the Ground Floor and First Floor which have been specifically developed for these fit-out works through an earlier enabling works contract.
