Llanelly House Restoration & Regeneration: Quantity Surveying Services

The goal of this tender is to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveying organisation for the Llanelly House Restoration & Regeneration Project, due to be completed by the third qharter of 2012. The organisation should have the relevant experience of working and collaborating on multi-disciplinary heritage regeneration projects within the fields of conservation, restoration of Grade 1 Listed buildings and integration of heritage interpretation within visitor attractions within the last 3 years. Please note that the project has been completed up to RIBA Stage G by an independent QS firm prior to funding and also by an independent Conservation Architect over a period of 10 years. The cost plan and the delivery times of in this tender are yet to be formally approved by the CHRT’s board, and therefore are subject to change, rescheduling or omissions in the final schedule of works.
