The project consists of the following:1) the construction of a new 900m2 infant teaching block (phase 1)2) the refurbishment of the existing junior block (phase 2)3) associated hard and soft landscaping areas (mainly phase 1)4) the closure of a highway and incorpoation into the school grounds (phase 1)5) the decanting of pupils between phasesThe project must achieve BREEAM Excellent and contractors must be able to demostrate a track record in delivering projects with this standard and of this size and complexity.Stage one tenders will be issued in the 4th quarter 2010 with work commencing on site in the first quarter 2011.
