At present no changing facilities can be found at Liswerry Recreational Ground, Liswerry, Newport. The Council wishes for a design and build contract for a building which would have a life span of a minimum of 25 years based on current regulations.Lliswerry AFC 3 adult teams plus 180 children members: 2x adult matches each weekend and children’s matches on Sunday.Specification required:•4 x changing rooms required with segregation door for combinations that are not all male i.e. kids : adults or mens : women•2 referee changing rooms•1 x meeting room + M and F toiletsTo design and build a new changing facility, sourced from an approved modular building supplier and within all required Building Regulations and relevant British Standard, and the internal fixtures and fittings.The contractor is also to carryout appropriate investigations as to the location and suitability of the available service supplies and negotiate relevant approvals for connections.Security palisade fencing is also to be erected around the changing rooms.
