Antur ‘Stiniog is a not for profit organisation limited by guarantee, and its’ aims and objectives are to develop the Ffestiniog area as an outdoor activities destination.A major element in this is the construction of Mountain Biking Vistor Centre building as a part of a downhill mountain bike centre on land under the ownership of W G Greaves and Son, Llechwedd, Blaenau Ffestiniog.Antur Stiniog intends to award a design and build contract for the construction of a Mountain Biking Vistor Centre utilising innovative and sustainable construction methods at Llechwedd, Blaenau Ffestiniog. Antur Stiniog requires the services of a suitably experienced and recourced CONTRACTOR to fulfil the Principal Contractor role (under CDM 2007 Regulations) for the proposed construction works.
