Central to PHG’s strategic objectives are providing new and existing homes that are affordable, sustainable and of a high quality. PHG’s capital programme is supported through a secured debt portfolio of approximately £2bn in value, split broadly evenly between Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and bank finance. The debt portfolio is subject to periodic valuations as detailed within individual debt facilities. Valuation services are being tendered in relation to valuations due for the year to 31st March 2028
