This contract is for a local bus service with the options of 6 different routes listed within the documentation. It is intended that a contract will be awarded for one LOT only, which will be the most economically advantageous option to the authority and there will be no appointment to the remaining LOTS. Please note that the authority does not accept any liability for any bid costs, expenditure, work or effort incurred by a Tenderer in proceeding with or participating in the procurement of any of the LOTS, and any Tenderer participates in the LOTS at their own risk understanding that the authority may only award under one LOT.
