Ceredigion County Council and possibly Aberystwyth University wish to enter into a long term maintenance contract which will be carried out every fourteen months and six monthly and thus seek competitive tenders from contractors with a view to awarding a contract on the following basis:A 3 year maintenance and call out service with the possibility of an extension of one year depending on performance.The local exhaust ventilation (LEV) servicing contractor must of undertaken the Proficiency Module P601, P602, P603 and P604 of the British Occupational Hygiene Society and have at least ten years’ experience in maintaining, certifying and repairing local exhaust ventilation systems to be deemed competent for this contract.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
