To appoint a transport system contractor to design, construct and deliver, operate and maintain a new 2,13 km long guided mass passenger transit system. The civils works will be the subject of a separate contract to be awarded concurrently. The 2 successful contractors (civils and transport system) will be required to work together and have the flexibility to evolve the design to deliver the overall scheme.
