Flintshire County Council (the Authority) are looking to obtain information from the market for the provision of a comprehensive lone worker solution (application and/or devices). This is for the Authority to support in maintaining the health, welfare and safety of staff who undertake lone working activities such as visiting contract holders homes, inspections on sites, out of hours work.
