Lost Peatlands of South Wales Project – Access Counter Installation

The Countryside & Wildlife Team of the Neath Port Talbot Council wish to contract a contractor to supply and install access counters to monitor visitor use of a number of public rights of way (2 bridleways and 1 footpath) and 1 community green space as part of a large scale habitat and community based project in Neath Port Talbot and Rhondda Cynon Taf. Data from all counters will also need to be collected and supplied to the Project Manager.This contract is part of a 1 year project, ‘Lost Peatlands of South Wales’, started end-July 2019 with this contract starting September 2019 and completed June 2020. The successful consultant will work alongside the Project Team in delivering the project acting under supervision of the Project Manager.The Council Countryside & Wildlife Team are looking for a suitable contractor to deliver the above project over the period September 2019 – June 2020 and are therefore inviting quotations.Funding for this contract is being made available by the National Lottery Heritage Fund
