The service to be provided under the framework agreement shall be the provision of a guardian service for properties that are empty for 3 months or more within the London Borough of Waltham Forest and participating councils.The framework shall commence on 1.11.2019 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 31.10.2023 (‘the Framework Period’).
