A call-off through the Household Waste Recycling Centre Reception Facilities DPS to provide disposal for approximately 10,000 - 15,000 tonnes of residual waste per year, the disposal must be a minimum of recovery. The service is to provide an additional disposal facility to take the surplus waste the customers EFW plant cannot process either due to outages or capacity.
