LOT 2 — Framework for Supported Living — Transforming Care Programme
Descriptions
Norfolk County Council wishes to add a new lot to an existing framework, the framework for supported living. Lot 2 is for providers of support to people with a learning disability and or autism who display behaviour that challenges, including those with a mental health condition. Providers under Lot 2 will provide supported living care and support packages for individuals leaving hospital or at risk of admission to secure in-patient facilities.
