This Contract is for an initial period of 5 years with a further potential extension of 2 years. The Contract will cover a wide and diverse range of properties, approximately 672 establishments — Lot 1 and 198 establishments for Lot 2 — including office accommodation, public buildings, educational establishments including academies, leisure facilities, fire and rescue stations etc.
