The Council wishes to procure the services of a Low Carbon Specialist supplier to deliver a Low Carbon Programme on behalf of the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub to support the delivery of the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub UKSPF Shared Service and wider business support related activity.r r The programme will be designed to increase the prospects of participating businesses, by developing a bespoke programme of support to help businesses to become more energy efficient and decrease their carbon output.r r The activity will be delivered during the period of August 2023 through to end of March 2025.
