Low Voltage and Conductor Rail Equipment Framework — Kent and Sussex Routes

Network Rail has carried out a procurement process in accordance with the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 to appoint three (3) contractors onto a framework agreement to deliver low voltage and conductor rail equipment works across Kent and Sussex routes. Network Rail shall act as the principal contractor/designer as defined under CDM 2015. Terms and Conditions are under NR4(MT) for a duration of 4 years with the option to extend by 1 year.This is a nil-value framework, however, the total anticipated spend across the three Contractors is GBP 5 900 000 for the framework term when including for the optional extension periods.
