This is the 4th (fourth) PIN following on from the original PIN:TED references:2016/S058-097913 published 21.3.2016and second PIN 2016/S 129-231338 published 6.7.2016and third PIN published 4.6.2017 2017/S 107-215116This is a call for competition and is issued to give notice that Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust (NDHT) request "invitations to confirm interest" in a fourth tender opportunity for the provision of a community based support and personal care in Devon to be known as Living Well at Home.NDHT is the primary provider in 3 geographical locations divided into zones / lots and is looking to contract with additional providers in these areas, which are detailed at 11.2.4This is a framework agreement and is for 5 years + 1+1.Successful bidders will need to be aware that their contact will co-terminate in line with the original contract.The value shown below at 11.1.5 is the expected value from the first PIN not from the date of this notice.
