Connect Plus, a private limited company, is a consortium which is employed by the Highways Agency under a contract (the M25 DBFO Contract) to manage and maintain the M25 motorway and all associated motorways and major roads (the “project road”) over a 30 year period.The works envisaged under this Framework will comprise the Civil Engineering and Technology works associated with improvement schemes on the “Project Road” (M25 Motorway and associated motorways and major roads) including a major scheme at the Dartford Crossing.
