The works involved were not limited to:-a)Maes Hyfryd:-Removal existing inlet headwall and wing walls and construction of a new headwall and wing walls structure including installation of a Coarse Screen. Installation of new trash screens designed to current standards. Replacement manhole chamber behind head wall including connections. Construction of a new maintenance area to enable the trash screen to be cleared when required.2 Tal y Fan RoadExcavation works to expose MH chamber in private driveway, raise the MH chamber up to ground level and install new MH chamber cover and frame. Carry out reinstatement works to driveway.3 Gardens of BodlondebRemove existing 450mm dia pipe and box section culverts and headwall from the inlet to the where the 450mm diameter pipe meets a 750mm x 900mm box section culvert within the rear garden of Bodlondeb. Carefully remove existing timber ‘summer house’ and set aside for reuse and rebuild with new concrete bases and gravel surround after completing the culvert installation. Removal of ‘summer house contents to store and restock in summer house upon completion of the works. Remove channel bed, debris screens and section of pre cast concrete components forming open channel. Install 2nr new 600mm diameter culvert pipes side by side to form culvert. Construct a new intersection chamber between 2nr 600mm diameter culvert pipes and the existing box section culvert in the rear garden of Bodlondeb. At head of the 2nr 600mm diameter pipes construct a new headwall, trash screen and wing walls to formalise existing water course. Install coarse screen up stream of new trash screen. Install new garden fencing with lockable gate to rear of Bodlondeb garden. Reinstatement of revetment. Remove and reinstate front garden wall and provide a temporary ramp from pavement down to front door level.The Contractor will be required to provide a CCTV Inspection survey, report and photos upon completion of the Works to ensure successful installation.General WorksTemporary works (piling, over pumping, dams etc)Vegetation clearanceReinstatement worksAccommodation worksObtain Ordinary Water Course Consent for Temporary works including payment of fees.
