The new building will be c.1715m2, with steel frame construction and will broadly consist of:• Multipurpose Hall• General purpose rooms• Meeting rooms• Offices• Changing accommodation / toilets• High specification finishesExternal works are expected to comprise:• Treatment of invasive species within the Site• Earthworks and retaining structures• Construction of internal roads, car parking, pedestrian footpaths, surfacing and kerbs.• Site drainage including installation of a waste water treatment unit.• All hard & soft landscaping• Utility provision
