Bromford Housing Group Ltd as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future entities and subsidiaries wishes to invite interested suppliers to participate in the procurement process to award contracts with a single or multiple suppliers for the Supply of Maintenance and Repair Services of Passenger, Stair & Vertical Platform Lifts.The scope includes:— providing an initial condition report,— Planned Preventative Maintenance & Servicing,— reactive repair services, inclusive of the release of entrapped passengers, with a 24/7 service,— inspection and testing of the lifts inclusive of the submission of necessary reports,— replacing stair and vertical platform lifts that are beyond economical repair,— addressing actions that have arisen out of insurance inspections,— managing/maintaining asset register,— reporting on usage to develop trend management information enabling monitoring contract expenditure & breakdown statistics.Assets are spread across multiple locations.
