Bromford Housing Group Ltd as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future entities and subsidiaries wishes to invite interested suppliers to participate in procurement process to award contract(s) with a single or multiple suppliers for the Supply of maintenance and Repair services of passenger, stair and vertical platform lifts. The scope includes providing an initial condition report; Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing; reactive repair services, incl. release of entrapped passengers, with a 24/7 service; inspection and testing of the lifts incl. submission of necessary reports; replacing stair and vertical platform lifts that are beyond economical repair; addressing actions that have arisen out of insurance inspections; managing/maintaining asset register; reporting upon usage to develop trend management information enabling monitoring contract expenditure and breakdown statistics. Assets are spread across multiple locations.
