Acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) wish to establish a contract to provide Maintenance, Support and any proprietry equipment for the existing Aastra MX1 Voice Communication System and the Cisco Data Communication System in situe in the Healthboard.The contract will be split into 2 lots.Lot 1 - Aastra MX1 Voice Communication SystemLot 2 - Cisco Data Communication SystemThe Health Board reserve the right to award each lot individually and not necessarily to the same supplier.The contract will be established for a period of 3 Years with the option to extend for an additional 2 x 12 month periods at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
