Lough Corrib Navigation Trust (c/o Galway City Council) are seeking the services of a Marine Contractor to undertake an annual inspections and maintenance contract of approximately 259 number Aid to Navigation markers located on Lough Corrib.The works will involve maintenance work to; •Annual detailed inspection and reporting of all markers. Repair markers •Clean markers •Inspection and report of entire mooring assembly on a select number of markers (as detailed within the pricing document) •Replace missing markers •Survey of Marker positions •Retrieval of out of place/drifted markers •Inspection and replacement of marker chains and anchor blocks •Other maintenance work required and identified in the pricing schedule. This will include a routine safety inspection and reporting undertaken quarterly or after significant storm events.
