Descriptions
A single company is to be selected to provide maintenance services for the following Lots, which will be organised by the Estate and Facilities Management Department of Merseyside Police:— Building works,— Mechanical works,— Electrical works.(Note: The Locksmith Lot is separate to this framework).The service required is for all of the above lots and expressions for particular lots only, will be disregarded.Work streams are as follows:— Reactive repairs to respond to faults/breakdowns, which will include an out-of-hours helpdesk and service response, particularly for matters critical to police operations and safety— Pro-active servicing of elements/plant and equipment on a regular basis to ensure safe and efficient usage and to reduce future incidences of reactive repairs.
