Cadw, the Welsh Government’s historic environment service, has responsibility for the commercial operations at 24 monuments across Wales.Cadw operates an electronic point of sales system to manage admissions and retail sales, orders, stock levels and payments. The requirements of this contract will include the maintenance and potential replacement of the EPoS system hardware as required including touch screen tills, cash drawers, barcode readers, printers and payment card handling devices.The contract will cover the maintenance of the existing bespoke EPoS software including data migration and software updates.
