Descriptions
This contract is for the support and maintenance of the existing Avaya CS1000e IP telephony system and several smaller legacy PABX on sites across Northern Ireland. The support contract will provide various items including replacement or repair and return of cards and other parts, Technical Help Desk Assistance, Provision of a Specialist On-site Engineer Service, Technical Support for Nortel Call Pilot, Nortel Symposium and Avaya Aura, and includes provision of PSTN and ISDN lines to sites across Northern Ireland.
