This contract is for Olympus flexible endoscopes, video cystoscopes and electro-medical equipment. The contract will be offered on a comprehensive basis for a 5 year period for scopes and a comprehensive basis for electro-medical equipment, where the Trust provides 1st-line support to identify the fault. The Trust requires the new contractor to provide servicing on- and off-site, depending on the type of equipment. The equipment is located in various departments throughout the Trust.
