Caerphilly County Borough Council are seeking tender bids from suitable suppliers for the provision of a maintenance service for corporate voice services based on the Mitel’s MXOne PBX network including all legacy equipment and ancillary systems. The tender also includes the provision of software assurance for all software related to hardware that is listed within the tender specification appendices.The contract duration will be for one (1) year, with an option to extend for a further period of up to twelve (12) months and must be capable of evolving over this time with the needs of The Council.
