The Pilot Programme is an opportunity to test how whole communities can work together to reduce malnutrition among older people in their own homes, in care homes and in hospitals. This Programme is based on the framework and best practice principles set out above. It aims to test out and evaluate a collaborative, supported change management programme, and to extract the learning and disseminate it across England.This invitation to tender relates to the first two activities. The social marketing campaign will be designed in house by Age UK and implemented by local community groups. The change management programme is expected to reflect and reinforce the findings and messages of the social marketing campaign.An independent organisation will be commissioned to carry out the evaluation of the Programme.
