The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority is seeking to procure a managed support service solution on a 3 year contract with an option to extend the term for 2 further periods of up to 12 months each.The solution is to provide management and support for:— Telephony;— Servers — both physical and virtual;— Patching;— Server and desktop maintenance;— Monitoring of the ICT environment;— Desktop infrastructure i.e. screens, workstations, desk phones;— RDBMS;— Networking including internet connection;— Network architecture;— Firewalls;— Security;— Data centre;— Licensing of the server and desktop environment; and— Change management and other professional services.
