You are invited to tender for a solution that continues to meet our current needs, and allows for continued flexibility and growth over a four year period. The successful supplier must provide:1.Fully managed services equivalent to the existing technical environment as described in the Appendices covering the following key service areas:a.Fully Managed Hosted / Cloud Based Services covering all existing workloads;b.Fully Managed Integrated Unified Communications solution to match existing provision;c.Fully Managed Internet and Wide Area Network Connectivity Services;d.Fully Managed Domain Registration Services including DNS zone management and SSL Certificate provision; ande.Managed Wired and Wireless LAN infrastructure.2.Implementation support, comprising all the services you would recommend for successful implementation, including:a.any training;b.support with data and workload migration from existing service;c.liaison with existing suppliers; andd.project management and coordination services.Offers will only be considered where the entire scope of our requirements is addressed.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=38237.
