Descriptions
Metropolitan requires a fully Managed Service for all mobile communications and full technical support for all issues relating to devices and connections. The provider will be expected to fully engage with, and provide sound technical advice to the Service Delivery Team and all other stakeholders within the organisation. The provider will be expected to manage the provision and maintenance of an inventory data base to ensure the accurate recording and monitoring of the organisations mobile device assets.
