UKCEH must procure and implement a managed payroll service to replace the payroll service currently supplied by a third party. The payroll service will need to be designed and operated as part of an integration with UKCEH's Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The payroll service will also need to be able to import, via a method that UKCEH approves, any additional employee data from multiple third party providers as required for payroll service delivery. This typically will be data related to Pensions and Benefits. A separate contract will be established by UKCEH with an approved Workday implementation partner to manage the configuration of the Workday integration and other related activities. The Service Supplier will need to supply a full end-to-end payroll service for circa 550 UKCEH staff including: •Implementation •Processing pay runs •Making payments •Providing payslips •Providing required documents e.g. P45, P60 •Reporting •HMRC interface as UKCEH's agent •Processing of third party payments (pension and benefits) •End of year and annual returns, (ONS, P11D, pension) •HR team and Employee enquiries
