Descriptions
This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of an Support Partner to provide a Managed Support Service for its Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations-based Finance System. The provision of support will include 2nd Line Support & Maintenance Services during CQC's standard working hours and will include System Evergreening activities and support / resolution of system user service requests and incidents. This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G Cloud 13 Framework Agreement (RM1557.13), Lot 3 Cloud Support, following the Direct Award process. The Contract is awarded for a total period of 12 months. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions. Contract Reference: CQC RCCO 120
