Provision of a Management and Job Costing solution for Coastline Services Ltd Coastline Services is looking to procure a high quality Management and Job Costing solution at our head office that will provide the following capabilities:- •Planning, Scheduling and Delivering Works •Procurement and Stock Management •Job Costing •Invoice Generation •Invoice Payment •Quotation Development •Timesheet Management •Business Intelligence and Management Information Reporting There are the three elements of this one tender:- •The supply of the software and licensing •The consultancy, installation, training and configuration of the system •The on-going support contract It is intended that the support contract will run for an initial period of 2 years.
