Network Homes (NH) is inviting tenders for a managing agent to mange our portfolio of commercial units.The role of the managing agent is to oversee all matters affecting the health, strategy and asset management of the commercial portfolio.This briefly comprises:— general day to day management of the portfolio,— maintaining comprehensive tenancy records,— managing the financial administration of the portfolio, including rent collection and service charge administration,— ensure tenant compliance with lease obligations,— seeking new occupiers for vacant units, negotiating terms and working with solicitors to complete leases,— provide advice on our asset strategy and determine if the portfolio is meeting our investment objectives.
