Powys County Council seeks invitations from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to apply for a contract to act as the Managing Agent for the Powys Business Development Loan Scheme.The Council are looking to utilise £300,000 of their capital monies and turn it into a revolving loan scheme to provide loans and business support to entrepreneurs within the County of Powys.Contractors are required to hold an appropriate registration with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and must provide their firms reference number and details of the permissions granted by the FCA. Contractors must have relevant experience of managing a contract of this nature.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
