This contract award is subject to conclusion of consultation under Section 20 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 (as amended by section 151 of the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002) and Schedule 2 of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (England) Regulations 2003.
