MAG shall appoint a single suitably qualified and experienced Wall Lining and Ceiling System Contractor to provide works and services for Terminal 2 Reconfiguration. The procurement strategy is to issue a complete RIBA Stage 4 design at tender stage under a proposed NEC4 ECC Option A Contract.There will be a requirement for the successful contractor to also provide Wall Lining and Ceiling Systems Services for the Pier 2:Phase 2 Project for a combined value of 6.5m. The Scope deliverables including but not limited to the supply and installation of the following:Feature Plasterboard BulkheadsColumn EncasementsGlazed Screens (Including Manifest Stations)IPS CubiclesFeature Walls and CeilingsSystem CeilingsPilastersWall Protection (Chequer Plate)Perimeter Heating CoversMetal Flashing and TrimsMAG reserve the right to amend the scope, which is to be communicated within the ITN.
