Hampshire County Council is seeking appropriately experienced suppliers to tender for the manufacture and supply of bespoke timber lock gates for the Basingstoke Canal Authority. The requirements also include the professional precision measurement of the lock chambers and gates to support the manufacture of the bespoke fitted gates. The Council is procuring a framework with a maximum of up to 3 suppliers. The framework will be for a period of 4 years starting 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2024. Suppliers interested in bidding must be experienced in the manufacturing of timber lock gates or in oak joinery projects of a similar scale and complexity.
